Late Desk Administrator
We currently have opportunities for part time positions working evenings at our depot at St Martins Way, SW17 0JH.
The role will include handling paperwork from returning drivers to the depot; ensuring that all drivers complete and return daily paperwork, drivers cash amounts are paid in and accounted for, logging off and charging up ticket machines and signing drivers off at the end of their shift.
Due to the nature of our 7 day operation, applicants must be prepared to work outside of normal hours, which include weekends and Bank Holidays, and be flexible with regards to shift patterns and willing to work overtime to complete any given task.
What we offer:
- Part time hours (evenings)
- £8.00 per hour
- Earliest start time of 16:30 – latest finish 22:00
You must have / be:
- Good communications skills; spoken and written
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)

In this unique and varied role, you would be primarily responsible for selling our all-inclusive sightseeing package that includes open-top sightseeing tours, a river cruise and walking tours, as well as promoting out of town coach tours and fast entry tickets to London's top attractions. Customer services are paramount to us so a large part of your day is spent helping thousands of our guests to get the most out of their stay by offering advice, information, and keeping them entertained as they hop on and off our open-top buses.
Successful applicants will be both natural salespeople and professional in their approach to customer care. You will need to be highly articulate, confident and have an excellent sense of humour. If you have these attributes then previous experience isn't essential as you will benefit from our in-house training which will be given to ensure your full potential is reached.
As well as a high hourly rate of pay, there are other performance bonuses for hard workers. Weekend working is essential. This can be an excellent seasonal position or a chance to forge a strong career in Sales, Customer Services, Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality.

Two weeks in advance you would notify us of your availability for work and any available duties will be allocated to you.
